General information
Besides the general fee for conference attendees, the conference provides two types of discounts:
- Members of the GDN section from Informs have a discount of 17 EUR both in the early bird and regular rates.
- Students attending the conference are given a 100 EUR discount both in the early bird and regular rates. To be granted the discount, students will have to present a proof of their current situation at the conference check-in.
All registration fees include attendance of the conference dinner. However, participants should demonstrate their intention to attend the dinner upon registration. The registration of an accompanying person includes the registration for the welcoming reception and conference dinner only.
Important dates for authors
Authors who have been accepted for publication in the LNBIP volumes must be registered until the 24th of March. To be published in the conference local proceedings and included in the conference program, at least one author per submission must be registered until the 30th of April.
